Positions include full-time, part-time and casual shifts; evenings and weekends are essential. Ongoing training across F&B and reception will be provided, with a focus on warm, friendly service and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take and process food and drink orders, including dietary requirements and special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with high presentation standards.
• Support restaurant, bar, weddings, events and function service across the hotel.
• Set up, clean and reset tables, function rooms and service areas.
• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Restock drinks, equipment and supplies for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel team for a smooth guest experience.
• Complete reception training and cover reception shifts when required.
• Welcome and check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide local area information.
