Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd. is recruiting a Housekeeping Team Member for the Duke of Cornwall Hotel in Plymouth. You will help keep bedrooms and public areas clean, comfortable and welcoming, contributing to memorable guest stays.

Join a historic, iconic hotel and be part of reopening efforts in a city-centre setting. Training provided; weekend and bank holiday shifts may be required. Competitive hourly pay is offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms to a high standard, ensuring rooms are clean and welcoming.
• Make beds, refresh bathrooms and replenish amenities with attention to detail.
• Keep corridors and public areas clean, tidy and inviting.
• Work with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready on time for arrivals.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow cleaning procedures, COSHH guidelines and health and safety standards.
