Job summary

The Headland Hotel in Newquay is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to join our ocean-facing dining space, RenMor. You will deliver food and drinks with flair and provide guest-focused service in a vibrant team.

We value strong communication, a positive team spirit, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Training opportunities, including Barista skills, are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to take accurate orders and serve with flair.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Willingness to develop skills such as Barista training.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in RenMor - our award-winning, ocean-facing dining space at The Headland. If you love delivering exceptional service and want a role where your personality can shine, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Elevating the Experience: Delivering food and drinks with professional flair and seamlessly balancing character with professionalism.
• Guest Connection: Taking accurate orders, checking back with guests, and resolving any feedback or complaints with a warm, solution-focused attitude.
• Pristine Standards: Clearing and relaying tables to ensure our dining spaces look immaculate at all times.
• Growing Your Skills: Staying open to fantastic development opportunities, including professional Barista training.
