Job summary

The Headland invites applications for a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our ocean-facing dining space, RenMor. If you love delivering exceptional service and letting your personality shine, we want to hear from you. The role focuses on elevating guest experiences with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.

You will work across shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and have opportunities for Barista training and career growth within a sustainability-minded hotel.

• Elevating the Experience: Delivering food and drinks with professional flair and seamlessly balancing character with professionalism.
• Guest Connection: Taking accurate orders, checking back with guests, and resolving any feedback or complaints with a warm, solution-focused attitude.
• Pristine Standards: Clearing and relaying tables to ensure our dining spaces look immaculate at all times.
• Growing Your Skills: Staying open to fantastic development opportunities, including professional Barista training.
