Job summary

The Headland Cornwall is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to join The Deck, our relaxed sanctuary nestled in AquaClub, Newquay. You’ll deliver food and drinks with flair, take orders, and ensure dining spaces look immaculate after each service, while exploring development opportunities such as Barista training.

We offer a 40-hour work week, five days out of seven, with shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, plus on-site parking and staff perks.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for high-quality food, drink and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility: ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays; 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Elevating the Experience: Delivering food and drinks with professional flair and balance of character and professionalism.
• Guest Connection: Taking accurate orders, checking back with guests, resolving feedback or complaints warmly.
• Pristine Standards: Clearing and relaying tables to keep dining spaces immaculate.
