The Belfry Hotel & Resort is a premier destination with luxury rooms, vibrant dining venues, and extensive leisure facilities. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Meetings & Events team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our outlets.

Base hourly rate £11.80–£12.71 plus service charge; training provided. You will be welcoming guests, presenting our drinks menu, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining high hygiene standards in a dynamic, fast-paced

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; train you for success.
• Strong service mindset and willingness to engage guests.
• Ability to upsell drinks and menu items.
• Outgoing, proactive attitude and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a polite, friendly manner.
• Deliver an excellent guest experience from start to finish.
• Talk confidently about drinks menus and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and high hygiene standards.
