The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our lively team. You will perform waiter/bartender duties, welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, and deliver a memorable experience from start to finish.

Training will be provided, and the role involves late nights and weekend work. You’ll have opportunities to upsell, learn menus, and collaborate across resort outlets to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant preferred.
• Willing to work late nights and weekends.
• Able to learn menus and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Perform waiter/bartender duties across outlets as needed.
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Deliver a great experience from start to finish.
• Confidently discuss menus and upsell where appropriate.
• Take orders and ensure guests’ needs are met.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Support smooth operation of all resort outlets as required.
