Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a dedicated F&B Assistant for our Ryder Restaurant. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic hospitality setting, taking orders, answering questions about menus, and assisting across different outlets as required.

We welcome candidates with or without previous bar/restaurant experience and offer thorough on‑the‑job training to help you grow with the team. Competitive earning potential and staff benefits are included.

F&B ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dedicatedF&B Assistant to join our team in the Ryder Restaurant. This role offers afantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment,delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless guest experience in adynamic, high-quality setting.

The on target earning potentialfor this role is£12.91 per hour, compromising of a base hourly rate of £12.21plus a qualified estimate of £0.70 gratuities per hour.

About the role

This role will require latenights in the week and weekend working.

• Asa food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter
• Towelcome all guests a polite and friendly manner
• Todeliver a great experience from beginning to end
• Toconfidently talk about our menus
• Totake orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all their needs are met
• Cleaningand good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
• Towork across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure thesmooth running of the resort as a whole.

About you

Previous experience in a busybar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to startyour career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. We have a great team thatwill train you give you all of the skills you need to be successful. If you dohave previous experience that’s great, we will take your skills and elevatethem in a department where you feel you would be the best fit.
