Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant for Sam's Bar & Kitchen and resort outlets. You will welcome guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and ensure a great experience from arrival to departure.

Experience in a busy bar or restaurant is ideal, but training is provided. You will work weekends and evenings across multiple outlets, with a strong focus on service quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy bar or restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and promote menus.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide a warm welcome.
• Take orders, serve drinks and meals, and upsell where appropriate.
• Deliver a great overall guest experience from start to finish.
• Work across Sam’s Bar & Kitchen and other resort outlets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene practices.
