Thatchers Hotel invites applications for roles in the Restaurant & Bar Team. You will be part of a friendly team delivering excellent guest experiences across a Tudor-style hotel with substantial event spaces.

The position emphasizes energy, curiosity and a proactive approach to hospitality, including bar and dining service, with opportunities for training and progression within the company-wide hospitality programme.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude towards customers and fellow staff.
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning about food and drink including spirits, wines and cocktails.
• Willingness to understand different menus and confidently explain dishes to guests.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver great service: take orders, serve food/drink, process payments, ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Commitment to meeting site service standards and working as part of the team.
• Developing or good understanding of preparing coffees and serving alcohol and wine in bar and restaurant settings.
• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and bank holidays on a pro-rata basis.
• Willingness to continue development through training sessions.
• Helping with events, functions and other F&B requirements.

Thatchers Hotel is a charming Tudor style property set in the heart of the glorious Surrey countryside. With 87 newly refurbished rooms, with multiple event and conference spaces, Thatcher's is a stunning property to work within.
