Tom Peppers Loft and Cellar Bar, part of Surya Hotels, is looking for energetic individuals to join the Bar Team. You will work with management to maximize guest experience and embrace the Ownership with Personality values.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring top service in a busy bar environment. Late and early shifts are required on a pro rata basis, with opportunities for development within the group.

Competenze

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude toward all customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve.”
• Ability to communicate well in a lively, fast-paced environment and interact with guests.

Mansioni

To be a successful part of our Bar Teamyou will need;

• A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues
• Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer
• Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in alively, fast paced environment
• **This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/ club work- you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts**

• Give great service to guests - taking guests orders, serving drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers
• Meet all site standards of service & work within the team leading to a great guest experience.
• Have/develop a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment.
• Opening and closing shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis
• A willing to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
