Job summary

Hotel du Vin is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Assistant in Newcastle. You will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control flow and coordinating with the Kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

We offer a paid hourly rate with a perman ent contract and opportunities for apprenticeship-style development along with brand training and career progression.

F&B Assistant, Hotel du Vin

£12.80 Per Hour + Tronc, 16 HoursPermanent ContractNewcastle

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you\'ll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.If you are looking for career training we offer nationallyrecognizedapprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand training.
