Hotel du Vin Brighton is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to be the face of the restaurant and help control guest flow. You will communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth dining experiences for guests.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and a chance to grow with brand training and career development in a dynamic hotel dining environment.

F&B Assistant, Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours:£12.80 Per Hour + TRONC / 30 hours

Type of Contract: Permanent position

Location: Hotel du Vin Brighton

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
