Hotel du Vin in Newcastle is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in a permanent role. The position is 30 hours per week, paying £13.10 per hour, with opportunities for growth within the hotel brand and recognition for guest-focused service.

You will lead the front-of-house, coordinating with kitchen and management to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience for guests. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
