Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistant – Join Elevate Supply in BD8 (Bradford Area)

Contract Type: Part-time, flexible hours, until July 2025
The Opportunity:
Elevate Supply is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for Level 2/3 EYFS Teaching Assistants in the BD8 area of Bradford. This part-time, flexible position is ideal for individuals passionate about early years education who wish to support local primary schools while maintaining a work-life balance. Many of our partner schools in the area are rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, offering a positive and supportive learning environment.
What You’ll Do:
Work alongside class teachers and support staff to deliver the EYFS framework effectively.
Develop positive, nurturing relationships with young pupils to support their personal and educational development.
Use adaptive teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of early learners.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring the wellbeing of all children.
You Should Have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field.
Previous experience supporting EYFS pupils in UK schools or nursery settings.
A good working knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Excellent communication, patience, and a team-player mindset.
