EYFS Teacher

Prospero Teaching is looking for an enthusiastic EYFS teacher to work in a primary school in Redbridge. The school is a four‑form entry primary with a supportive leadership team and provides training for all staff. The role is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. Performance may lead to an extended contract or a permanent position.

Contract Details
  • Location: Redbridge, East London
  • Position: EYFS Teacher
  • Type of work: Class Teacher – planning, presentations, marking, parent evenings, etc.
  • Start date: January 2026
  • Duration: 1 term contract, may be extended
  • End date (if applicable): End of term 1
  • Contract type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
  • Employment: Full time, term‑time only
  • Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday
  • Pay: Depending on the applicable pay scale
Experience, Training and Qualifications
  • QTS/ECT or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience teaching KS1/Early Years
  • Up‑to‑date safeguarding training issued within the past year
Eligibility Requirements
  • Valid right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced child barred DBS and willingness to enrol onto the DBS update service
  • Two child‑related professional references from the past two years
