Qualifications

• EYFS teaching experience is preferred or desirable.
• Ability to foster relationships with children, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan learning experiences for the class in EYFS policy and curriculum.
• Ensure learning experiences match individual needs to maximise potential.
• Provide for children with SEN and EAL with Inclusion Manager support as appropriate.
• Foster each child's self-image and establish respectful relationships.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment rooted in mutual respect and care.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in relevant meetings and PD.
