CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an EYFS Practitioner for a leading independent preparatory school in Birmingham. You will create an inclusive environment and work with the Early Years team to deliver engaging activities that spark curiosity and development.

The role requires a Level 3 EYFS qualification or equivalent and Paediatric First Aid. A commitment to safeguarding and building partnerships with families is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS qualification or equivalent is required.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification is required.
• Experience in Early Years or similar setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create a nurturing, inspiring and inclusive environment for every child.
• Work with the Early Years team to deliver engaging activities.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Observe and contribute to assessments, learning journeys and development.
• Prepare stimulating learning environments, displays and materials.
• Support nursery operations, staffing ratios and daily routines.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all activities.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and events.
