Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an EYFS Practitioner for a leading preparatory school in Birmingham. The role involves creating an inclusive, nurturing environment and delivering engaging activities in collaboration with the Early Years team.

You will observe and document progress, support learning journeys, and work with families as partners in each child’s development. A Level 3 qualification plus Paediatric First Aid is required, with a permanent full-time schedule and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering Early Years education.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework.
• Experience in similar settings and voluntary work.
• Experience with children beyond early years is advantageous.
