Job summary

Aspire People Rugby in Warwickshire is seeking qualified Early Years staff to support young children’s learning and well-being. We welcome experienced Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Teachers to join a welcoming setting where children are at the heart of everything.

You will work within the EYFS framework, plan engaging activities, monitor progress, and contribute to a safe, stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• EYFS qualification and extensive experience with EYFS curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS on the updated service.
• Up-to-date safeguarding and allergy training.
• References covering the last 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Provide high-quality care that supports children’s physical, emotional and educational development.
• Create a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel safe and valued.
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress and identify opportunities for further development.
