Job summary

Aspire People is seeking qualified Nursery Nurses to join a range of nurseries across Coventry and Warwickshire. You will support learning, development and wellbeing, ensuring a nurturing environment for every child.

Ideal candidates have EYFS qualifications, an updated DBS and safeguarding training. Emphasis on building strong relationships with families, planning activities and promoting inclusive education across settings.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS (update service) is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years development.
• Safeguarding and allergy training up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 0-5.
• Support children's physical, emotional, social and educational development.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate EYFS activities.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
