Job summary

Aspire People seeks enthusiastic Early Years staff to join a welcoming setting in Rugby, Warwickshire. If you are qualified and passionate about helping young children learn and thrive, this is a great opportunity.

Duties include planning engaging activities, supporting development under EYFS, and creating a warm environment where children feel safe and valued. DBS, safeguarding and allergy training, plus two years of references are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an Early Years qualification and EYFS experience.
• DBS check (Enhanced, with Update Service) in place.
• Up-to-date safeguarding and allergy training.
• References covering the last 2 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Planning and supporting fun, engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Providing high-quality care that supports children's physical, emotional and educational development.
• Creating a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel safe and valued.
• Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress and identifying opportunities for further development.
