Boots Opticians in Norwich is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly store team. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs and help them find the right glasses or contact lenses while delivering excellent service.

You’ll be involved in dispensing, pre-screening activities, aftercare, and completing administrative tasks. A commitment to learning through our Step Into Optics programme will help you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses
• Support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities
• Provide aftercare support through repairs and adjustments
• Complete operational and administrative tasks associated with dispensing prescriptions
• Maintain shop floor standards
