Job summary

Boots Group is hiring a Retail Assistant for Boots Opticians in-store in the UK. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers, building relationships, listening to needs, and helping them find the right eyewear and services, from greeting to assisting eye-tests and aftercare.

Based on shop floor, you will handle dispensing glasses and contact lenses, support pre-screenings, complete administrative tasks, and maintain shop standards.

• Ordering, dispensing and collection of glasses and contact lenses
• Supporting with eye-tests and pre-screening activities
