Vision Express is hiring a Retail Optical Assistant to deliver personalised customer service, advise on frames and lenses, and assist with fittings and minor repairs. You will support pre-screening eye tests using the latest optical tech and help run the store efficiently with admin tasks.

The role offers monthly bonus potential on top of base pay and is based in our UK stores. Passion for eyewear and customer care is essential, with a collaborative team environment and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Interest in eyewear and med-tech innovations.
• Strong communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised customer service and product guidance.

• Support pre-screening eye tests with optical tech.
