Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking an External Audit Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed term contract. The role coordinates audit and statutory accounts information requests across markets, working closely with Genpact, GBS, EY and local finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate evidence.

You will support peak audit periods and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong finance or audit background, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong finance, accounting or audit background including statutory accounts or external audit
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across internal teams, service providers and auditors
• Ability to manage multiple information requests, deadlines and dependencies across markets
• Comfortable operating in transformation environments and with outsourced finance delivery

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit and statutory accounts information requests across markets, ensuring ownership is clear
• Track status of deliverables, requests, dependencies and blockers; escalate risks
• Support understanding of information requests and required quality for auditors and statutory preparers
• Maintain communication with EY, Deloitte, local auditors and finance teams to meet deadlines
• Resolve cross-ownership queries and support during peak audit periods
• Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements for future audits
