IVC Evidensia is seeking a Management Accountant for Integrations within Global Business Services on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will oversee end-to-end month-end reporting for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, balance sheet integrity, and IFRS/GAAP compliance.

Collaboration with Genpact RTR teams and local finance leaders is key. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with Oracle/Excel in a complex RTR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• 3+ years progressive accounting experience in RTR/finance reporting.
• Experience with external partners and RTR processes; IFRS/GAAP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end month-end reporting for multiple countries.
• Maintain relationships with country CFOs, Group Finance, and Genpact.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for newly acquired clinics.
