Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Management Accountant for Integrations within Global Business Services. The role focuses on overseeing the integration of newly acquired clinics into RTR systems, ensuring day 1 readiness and compliant month-end reporting across regions.

You will partner with local finance leaders and Genpact RTR teams to drive process improvements, leverage automation, and deliver accurate balance sheet reporting in line with IFRS/GAAP across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum of +3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Preferrable proficiency in a second language e.g., French.
• Proven strong behavioural profile in a complex RTR function with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month end reporting for multiple countries in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with country CFOs, Group Finance, GBS and Genpact management for balance sheet reporting.
