Job summary

IVC Evidensia UK is seeking a Finance Manager – Record to Report for a 12-month fixed term contract. The role provides oversight of regional month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting controls across BPO, Local Finance and GBS teams.

You will review journal entries, accruals and P&L/B/S analyses, escalating issues and driving continuous improvement in close quality and financial controls. Strong accounting background and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred.
• Significant experience in accounting, financial reporting or RTR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional month-end close oversight and governance.
• Review critical journal entries, accruals, provisions and reclassifications for accuracy.
