Job summary

Asda Express Deputy Site Manager is a full-time role based in the UK, working 40 hours per week with day shifts. You will be a visible, hands-on leader alongside the Store Manager, driving sales, customer service, and high standards while safeguarding safety and compliance across the store operations.

You will mentor staff, deliver coaching, and promote an inclusive, supportive store culture where colleagues feel valued and customers enjoy a warm, efficient shopping experience with strong links

Qualifications

• Retail experience with strong commercial understanding.
• Proven leadership of a team on the shop floor.
• Commitment to safety, service and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a motivated team.
• Help drive sales, standards and service quality.
• Lead the store independently when required.
• Maintain safety and compliance including PFS and forecourt operations.
• Support colleague development and coaching on the job.
