Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Shinfield is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Asda Express site. You’ll set the tone, foster a warm, welcoming store, and ensure colleagues feel valued while customers feel looked after.

You’ll lead a standalone Express site, petrol filing station (PFS), or small format supermarket, driving from the front and delivering strong commercial results. This is a permanent, full‑time role with a 45‑hour week.
