Job summary

Asda Store Manager in Sittingbourne Express is a leadership role focused on delivering outstanding customer service and store performance. You will lead a small-format team, set the tone from the front and create a welcoming, value-driven store where colleagues feel supported and customers feel looked after.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards, managing costs and stock, and ensuring safety and compliance across PFS and forecourt requirements.
