Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in the Cullompton area. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with a salary of £28,000-£29,000 DOE, and it is initially a temporary position with the view to permanent.

You will coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documentation, monitor deliveries, and work with customers, carriers, warehouse and production teams. Export experience and proficiency in IT (Excel, Outlook, ERP) are essential, with strong organisational and communication

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ERP systems.
• Experience in shipping or logistics preferred.
• Export experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, collections and deliveries to uphold service standards.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records, ensuring they are current and compliant.
• Monitor deliveries and swiftly resolve transport-related issues.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouse and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support inventory control processes and ensure adherence to shipping regulations.
