Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage the end-to-end export process, from bookings and documentation to customs.

You will coordinate with customers, carriers and overseas agents to ensure shipments are timely and compliant across airfreight and seafreight operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a proactive team approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in export operations in a SME environment
• Experience handling airfreight and seafreight exports
• Strong understanding of export documentation and country-specific requirements
• Working knowledge of CNS and Destin8 systems
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong team player with a proactive approach

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete export process from bookings and documentation to customs
• Coordinate with customers, carriers and overseas agents to ensure timely shipments
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and airlines
• Coordinate collections and ensure vessel and flight deadlines are met
• Complete export customs declarations and associated documentation
• Prepare export documentation, manifests and certificates of origin
• Liaise with warehouses to confirm screening and weigh checks
• Finalise documentation and confirm vessels and flights have been met
• Issue invoices and send pre-alerts to overseas agents
• Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further opportunities

Salary: GBP32000 - GBP38000 per annum

Our client is an established freight and logistics provider, specialising in end-to-end multimodal transport services.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Export Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete export process, from bookings and documentation to customs, while coordinating with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure shipments are timely and efficient.

Package:

• Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Company Pension
• Manage export shipments across airfreight and seafreight operations
• Communicate with customers, hauliers, carriers, and overseas agents
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines and airlines
• Coordinate collections, ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are met
• Complete export customs declarations and associated documentation
• Prepare export documentation, manifests, and certificates of origin where required
• Liaise with warehouses to confirm screening and check weighing have been completed
• Finalise documentation and confirm vessels and flights have been met
• Issue invoices and send pre-alerts to overseas agents
• Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further opportunities

Due to the nature of the logistics industry, responsibilities may evolve over time.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in export operations in a SME environment
