Job summary

Nuaire, part of Genuit Group, is seeking an organised Export & OEM Coordinator to join our International Operations team in Caerphilly. You will manage international orders, schedules, and export documentation to ensure on-time deliveries and excellent customer experience.

This permanent, office-based role offers a 37-hour week (Mon-Thurs 8:00-16:00, Fri 8:00-15:30) with the option of one day from home after probation.

Understanding of international logistics and documentary requirements.

Responsibilities

Order Checking from quote to order confirmation.
Accurate and efficient order progressing and setting schedules for delivery.
Delivery scheduling, coordinating with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure satisfactory progress throughout production.
Liaising with warehouse & freight forwarders to arrange sea/road/air shipment of orders to the Middle East & Europe.
Generating all paperwork required for customs clearance both in the UK & destination country.
Keeping regional distributors and customers fully informed on order status.
Accurate and efficient processing of documentary credits when required.
Keeping up to date with export logistics requirements.
