Export Full Load Co-Ordinator role with Nicholas Associates Group in Immingham. You will coordinate export shipments from booking through to final delivery, liaising with customers, shipping lines, suppliers, forwarders and branch offices in the UK and overseas to ensure shipments are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsabilités

• Input bookings into the internal transport management system and coordinate with Traffic Planning teams.
• Arrange export bookings with shipping lines.
• Monitor and manage shared email inboxes.
• Communicate with customers to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Complete KPI reporting requirements.
• Support the Export Full Load Team Leader in delivering customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure shipments are managed from booking to delivery.

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Export Full Load Co-Ordinator to join a successful and growing logistics business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with freight forwarding or export operations experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating export shipments from booking through to final delivery.

As an Export Full Load Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in managing export operations, liaising with customers, shipping lines, suppliers, forwarders, and branch offices both in the UK and overseas to ensure shipments are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Input bookings into the internal transport management system and coordinate with Traffic Planning teams
• Arrange export bookings with shipping lines
• Monitor and manage shared email inboxes
• Communicate with customers to ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes
