Job summary

Proman is hiring an Export Coordinator in the Stallingborough area to manage export shipments from booking through to final delivery. You will coordinate space with shipping lines and act as the main point of contact for customers and operational partners.

Ideally you have around 2 years in export operations, with knowledge of export procedures and strong IT skills. This permanent role offers a Monday–Friday pattern and a competitive salary with benefits.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience within export operations, freight or a similar environment.
• Practical knowledge of export procedures.
• Experience coordinating freight bookings or shipments.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers and external partners.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Accurate administration and data-entry skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage several priorities within a busy operational environment.
• Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Are you experienced within export, shipping or freight operations and looking for a role where you can take ownership of shipments and build strong relationships with customers?

Winsearch is recruiting an Export Coordinator to join an established logistics operation in the Stallingborough area. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys a busy operational environment, coordinating shipments, solving problems and ensuring customers receive a reliable service from start to finish.

The Role

You'll be part of an experienced operational team responsible for keeping export movements on track. From receiving shipment instructions through to final delivery, you'll coordinate the different stages of the process and act as a key point of contact for customers and operational partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from booking through to delivery

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within freight, logistics, shipping or export operations is important for this position.
