Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting an Export Full Load Co-Ordinator in Immingham to coordinate export shipments from booking to delivery. You will liaise with customers, shipping lines, suppliers and branches in the UK and overseas, ensuring on-time and accurate documentation and excellent customer service.

The role requires experience in freight forwarding or export operations, strong organisational skills, and a proactive customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with export operations knowledge.
Strong understanding of export documentation and procedures.
Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Input bookings into the internal transport management system and coordinate with Traffic Planning teams.
Arrange export bookings with shipping lines.
Monitor and manage shared email inboxes and respond promptly.
Ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant for customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
Complete KPI reporting requirements for the team.
Assist the Export Full Load Team Leader in delivering service excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Manage shipments from booking through to delivery.
