Job summary

Winsearch is looking for an Export Coordinator in the Stallingborough area to join a busy logistics operation. You will manage export shipments from booking to delivery and act as the main contact for customers and partners, ensuring smooth movements and accurate paperwork.

The role requires around 2 years’ export experience, strong organisational skills, and good communication. It offers a permanent, full-time position with a Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 schedule and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Are you experienced within export, shipping or freight operations and looking for a role where you can take ownership of shipments and build strong relationships with customers?

Winsearch is recruiting an Export Coordinator to join an established logistics operation in the Stallingborough area. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys a busy operational environment, coordinating shipments, solving problems and ensuring customers receive a reliable service from start to finish.

The Role

You’ll be part of an experienced operational team responsible for keeping export movements on track. From receiving shipment instructions through to final delivery, you’ll coordinate the different stages of the process and act as a key point of contact for customers and operational partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from booking through to delivery
• Organise space and shipment requirements with shipping lines
• Liaise with customers regarding bookings, documentation and shipment progress
• Ensure the necessary export information and paperwork is received and accurate

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within freight, logistics, shipping or export operations is important for this position.

Ideally, you will have:

• Around 2 years’ experience within export operations, freight or a similar environment
• Practical knowledge of export procedures
• Experience coordinating freight bookings or shipments
• Confidence dealing directly with customers and external partners
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Accurate administration and data-entry skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage several priorities within a busy operational environment
• Good general IT skills, including Microsoft Office
