Culina is seeking an Export Administrator to join our Chilled & Fresh division on a full-time permanent basis in the United Kingdom. The role centers on processing orders, coordinating export documentation, and liaising with customers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle quotations, inquiries, invoicing, and customs declarations while maintaining high productivity and customer satisfaction in a 4-on/4-off shift pattern from 7am to 7pm.

Qualificações

• Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.
• The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
• Excellent reporting skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Process and progress orders from preliminary documentation to delivery and customer acceptance.
• Prepare export quotations accurately and timely.
• Handle distributor and customer inquiries professionally.
• Arrange transport delivery and monitor shipments.
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation for export.
• Liaise with warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Provide aftersales support and handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Produce transport documents and complete export customs declarations.
• Maintain accurate stock records through liaison with warehouse and transport staff.
