Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Export Administrator for our client based in Crick, distributing breads and cakes. The rate of pay is £29,823 per annum. This is a full‑time role working 4 on 4 off with hours from 7am to 7pm.

You will prepare export quotations, arrange transport, and monitor shipments while liaising with warehouse and customers to ensure timely, accurate documentation and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in export quotations and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export quotations accurately and timely.
• Handle distributor and customer enquiries.
• Arrange transport delivery and monitor shipments.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation for export.
• Liaise with warehouse on stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Provide aftersales support to customers.
• Handle enquiries via telephone and email.
• Produce transport documents.
• Complete Export Customs declarations.
• Liaise with clients to build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain stock records.
