Job summary

Culina is seeking an organised administrator to support our chilled distribution operations in the West of England. The role involves processing timesheets and PODs, scanning documents, and issuing delivery notes in the correct drop sequence.

You will handle despatch paperwork, answer inquiries, and ensure ETAs are communicated to Customer Services. The ideal candidate will be accurate under pressure, competent with MS Office, and able to work both in a team and independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Computer literate with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel or equivalent).
• Team player but also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina's document management system.
• Preparing drivers' wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
• Answering the telephone and assisting with enquiries.
• Downloading drivers' cards / tachographs.
• Ensuring all ETAs are communicated to Customer Services.
• Departing loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
