Job summary

The·TEAM is a live events specialist delivering branding and experiential experiences worldwide. The Client Services Executive in Orpington supports motorsports projects from concept through delivery, coordinating budgets, timelines and client approvals.

You’ll work with an experienced team, manage on-site crews, liaise with suppliers and clients, and travel internationally up to 14 days. The role requires proactive problem solving and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management and on-site delivery preferred.
• Strong communication across formats and with clients and suppliers.
• Proficient numeracy and literacy; MS Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and manage budgets, quotes, and payments.
• Coordinate staff and contractors on site during events.
• Prepare client responses, presentations and reports.
• Maintain communication across lifecycle with schedules and job sheets.
• Assist with risk assessments and health and safety processes.
