Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Account Executive for our Motorsports events in Orpington. You will work as part of an experienced team, handling client accounts through the full event lifecycle, from planning to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.

Regular international travel up to 14 days, plus occasional unsociable hours, are part of the role. Strong skills in budgeting, coordination and client liaison are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in event management and on-site delivery is desirable.
• Strong communication across formats (verbal, written, presentations).
• Proficient numeracy and literacy; comfortable with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure events meet objectives, on time and to high standard.
• Develop creative ideas and conduct feasibility within budgets.
• Assist with day-to-day financial control of client budgets and quotes.
• Manage on-site staff and contractors during events.
• Maintain communication and reporting throughout event lifecycle.
