Job summary

THE·TEAM in Orpington is seeking a Client Services Executive to join our Motorsports team. You will work across the full lifecycle of events, from planning to on-site delivery, with budgeting, feasibility reviews and stakeholder liaison.

You’ll travel internationally for periods up to 14 days and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-impact live experiences for sports, music, and entertainment clients.

Qualifications

• Experience within a similar role is preferred.
• Experience of event management and on-site delivery of projects preferable.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication across verbal, written and presentational formats.
• Strong numeracy and literacy; proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Problem solving with risk awareness and creative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide up to 14 days at a time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work meets objectives, is on time and of high standard for clients.
• Develop creative ideas with research within budget parameters.
• Be actively involved in research and feasibility of ideas.
• Support operational and administrative functions for efficient event delivery.
• Assist with day-to-day financial control of client budgets and quotations.
• Manage project systems and data entry in LIVE·TEAM’s CMS.
• Compile client responses, presentations and reports.
• Coordinate staff and contractors on site during events.
• Maintain communication and reporting across the event lifecycle.
• Assist with risk assessments and health & safety processes.
