Justmotorgroup's Blackburn Citroen and Leapmotor dealership is seeking an experienced Service Advisor. You will be the public face of the Aftersales team, coordinating between customers and the workshop and delivering excellent service.

Key duties include handling paperwork, maintaining workshop communication, processing payments, and keeping a clean, organized service area. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor industry as a service advisor.
• No specific qualifications required.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between customers and workshop.
• Handle paperwork and payments.
• Maintain housekeeping to a high standard.
• Communicate with customers during service/repair.

Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced service advisor to join the team at our Blackburn Citroen and Leapmotor dealership.

The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Other responsibilities for the role are:

• Dealing with necessary paperwork
• Preserving a high level of house keeping at all times
• Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being services/repaired.
• Processing payments and follow up actions.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in the motor industry in the service advisor role
• No specific qualifications needed
• A good level of computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure
