Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties for sale and rent.
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve sales and lettings targets.
• Generate new business and identify potential sales and letting opportunities.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Keep up to date with market trends and property values.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain an up-to-date database.
