Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator for their Harrow office. You will register and qualify buyers and tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced property market.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, a professional appearance, and a proactive, target-driven approach. A UK driving licence and car are desirable for car allowance opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in sales/lettings.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car.
• Ambitious and proactive with property knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants
• Arranging and conducting professional property viewings
• Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants
• Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties
• Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Working towards branch targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the journey
• Collaborating with the wider team to grow the lettings portfolio

Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £35,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped
