Qualifications

  • 5+ years of DevOps experience, including hands-on AWS.
  • Experience with VMware or Proxmox is required.
  • Strong Linux skills, with networking and cloud security knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes (e.g. EKS).
  • Confident scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.

  • Design, deploy and support infrastructure across AWS and private cloud.
  • Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Implement observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Manage hybrid networks, IAM, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Join the on-call rota and respond to incidents.
  • Create and maintain documentation to establish best practice.

The role
