Unipart is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Doncaster to be the first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts. You will resolve queries, process orders and ensure exceptional service across pricing, delivery information, and end-to-end processing.
You will liaise with multiple teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate records, and drive improvements to maximise customer engagement and satisfaction.
Salary and Benefits- £27,715, plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme.
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Doncaster. In this key role, you’ll be the first
point of contact for a portfolio of our Customer Accounts —helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure we’re delivering
exceptional service.
Through effective relationship management, you will support the customer by handling pricing, delivery information, and order
processing from end to end. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, managing key customer inquiries, and
collaborating with departments across the business to troubleshoot issues and handle complaints professionally.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution within agreed SLAs. You will also be responsible for
maintaining accurate records, recognising patterns in service failures, and supporting business improvement activity to design and
implement processes that maximise operational performance and improve customer engagement.
